2024/05/07 | The DigitalOcean VM node as015-syd.3cx.net and as016-syd.3cx.net in the Oceania region unexpectedly went offline due to a hardware disruption. As a result, the node is unrecoverable. Users connected to this node would have experienced disconnections from their meetings and may have lost temporary data, including recordings if the meetings were being recorded.

2023/08/09 | Due to an intermittent issue with the availability of a custom Google service, the Webmeeting service was unavailable for some customers from 08:00 to 11:00 UTC. The issue was resolved at 11:00 UTC. We apologize for the inconvenience.

2023/08/09 | Temporary service outage in UK

2023/08/09 | DigitalOcean's services in the UK region temporarily experienced connectivity issues between 10:00 - 10:15 AM GMT0. Service has been restored by DigitalOcean. During the outage, we expect that users will have been disconnected from their meetings and experienced poor video quality. New servers on Google Cloud were automatically started up to temporarily take over during the outage by DigitalOcean. These will remain online until quality of service can be satisfied.

2023/06/21 | A fault was detected in the Youtube streaming service for users in the South America region. The Youtube streaming service is expected to be unavailable in the region until a software update can be pushed to the region. The service is expected to be unavailable for the day of 7/21/2023 (Jul 21 2023)

2023/06/21 | We detected some connection timeouts on our conferencing servers in Russia and South Africa. The issue was detected around 7:30 UTC time, quickly investigated and fixed. Service was not impacted.
